Your Lie In April is the anime I just finished like 20 minutes ago. My friend has been bugging me forever to watch it and I finally gave in. I have to say it's really good. I really enjoyed the animation and the story. It was super sad in the end but the whole anime is amazing. I recommend Your Lie In April to everyone. It's a romance and slice of life. Enjoy! :)
